When we first interacted with Abhishek Ganguly to discuss his vision for Agilitas, his energy was infectious. It’s always a fantastic experience to meet a founder who has both a horizon-shattering vision and the drive to actualise it. Founded with the singular but massive objective of transforming the sportswear category in India, Agilitas is infusing itself into every aspect of the process and experience -- from robust R&D to drive innovation, cutting-edge design expertise to shatter through clutter, and state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities to ensure the products match the promise. As Agilitas prepares to launch the next generation of iconic sports brands, Spring will be working with Abhishek and his team to develop brand & launch strategies rooted in deep understanding of consumer & culture. We’re excited to team up with them to reinvent how India interacts with the world of sport.
Cava Athleisure
Fresh out of college Ria and Shreya - built a cool, new-gen athleisure brand, Cava. And Early Spring led the first institutional round in this company. When we first met Ria & Shreya, we were super impressed with the passion and zeal with which they were building Cava - they are very connected to their audience and saw early customer love and adoption. Cava is not just a cool brand, it’s also an uber-comfortable and stylish set of athleisure products offering high-quality fabric, on-trend designs delivering superior comfort. We welcome, Ria and Shreya to the Early Spring family and we look forward to working closely with Ria on building a cutting-edge and loved athleisure brand.
Giva
Having seen the jewellery category up close having worked on multiple Titan brands over the years, we at Spring have been fascinated with the jewellery category for many years. We also believe in the growing preference for minimalist fashion and fine jewellery seeing a resurgence. For these reasons, we loved what Ishen and his team at Giva were building - an affordable, authentic jewellery brand with new-age designs. We invested in Giva in 2023 to help them build their brand story in a category that has long been dominated by legacy brands.
Leverage Edu
Akshay Chaturvedi and co-founders Aman Arora Digvijay Gagneja at Leverage Edu are chasing a large, growing opportunity – enabling students who want to go abroad for their higher education and helping them find the right University fit. We invested in Leverage Edu in 2023 to help the brand scale into new markets & categories and fulfill their vision of 'enabling global citizens' from India.
Niyo Global
We believe that India's travel story has only just begun.Consumers of tomorrow are experience hungry, lifestyle conscious & digitally forward. Niyo is building a 'travel banking' solution for this consumer segment. With a strong background in banking & digital, Vinay and Viren have already built Niyo into one of India's most seamless travel cards for international travellers. Spring partnered with Niyo in 2023 to help make travel hassle free & rewarding for the next generation.
Pratech Brands
Pratech Brands is our first early stage investment. We met Sachin, Anvi & Neehar in early 2023 as they were thinking through Hyugalife - a Health & Wellness marketplace and a private label supplement brand. We strongly resonated with their thinking on the category and their committement to building brands. We are most excited by Pratech's vision of 'building a health conscious generation' in India.

As a country with a rapidly growing young population that’s facing constantly-evolving economic realities, building smart financial habits has never been more important for India. With JAR, founders Nischay and Misbah have created a unique and engaging solution that encourages the audience to start saving money on an everyday basis. The product enables people to dip their toe into the savings & investment space and build savvy savings habits. By leveraging technology to gamify the approach to smarter saving, JAR gets users to start small while saving in a trusted asset — gold! We at Spring are fascinated by both the product and the vision, and excited by the adoption & impact we continue to see across a variety of audiences. It was ‘Smiles at first sight’ when we met Hitesh Kakrani and Dr Jatin Kakrani. Youthful, enthusiastic and very passionate about the problem they have set out to solve – re-making and re-imagining the dental experience. Every interaction with the Smiles Team, we came out loving their focus, appreciating the spectrum they were covering – from curative to cosmetic; and connecting with them strongly on the desire to build an impactful dental care brand. Excited to see and unveil what comes ahead – can promise lots of surprises and delights in the days to come. And many many more smiles.
Mosaic Wellness
Talking about any issue is such a taboo in India because we're always worried about reaction and seeking help for it is almost out of the question. This is where we see Mosaic Wellness making that change. Revant and Dhyanesh are building 2 horizontal platforms focusing specifically on women- Be Bodywise and men- Man Matters where the platforms address the obvious, not-spoken-of issues that if we had a solution for, that could make both women and men more confident. Spring is partnering with Mosaic Wellness to build out this community of men and women in a real, relatable and reassuring manner. We’ve just gotten started in decoding the world of men and demysting the world of women. Stay tuned!
Juicy Chemistry
From the moment we met Pritesh and Megha, the chemistry was undeniable. Juicy Chemistry is Spring's second investment partner, and it's truly a special equation. Juicy Chemistry was born out of Megha & Pritesh's kitchen (literally) and has grown into one of India's only fully organic personal care brands. Spring is partnering with Juicy Chemistry to help craft and bring alive their unique product story and help grow this brand organically.
Purplle
As the very first partner in our investment portfolio, the partnership between Spring and Purple will always be a special one. We met Manish & Rahul in 2019 (the year of our inception) and things just clicked instantly. Their idealistic views, innovative mindset, and genuine focus on doing good for the community really resonated with us. We've been working closely with them to craft the Purple persona, and to help spread some Good Vibes along the way as well!

We met with the Atomberg team in 2022 and were immediately struck by their committment to constantly challenge the status quo of the everyday. Atomberg is the business of bringing innovation to legacy, commodity categories such as fans, mixers and locks. A culture of curiosity combined with innovation & design has made Atomberg one of India's more aspirational products in the home appliance category. We are looking forward to partnering Atomberg in their mission to become one of India's most desirable & aspirational brands.
Wakefit
Chaitanya and Ankit have tremendous product love and passion – just hear them talk about the world of sleep. This love shines through in their meticulously crafted mattresses, their desire to constantly innovate and experiment, their unwillingness to be satisfied with their products. We see a big opportunity – disrupt a ‘sleepy’, lazy category and help brand Wakefit in their cause to build a sleep solutions company that surprises and delights their consumers.
Dhan
Dhan - is a lightning fast app that provides precision to the second - just what a trader needs. Oh and also, unique strategies for a long term investor. A traders app and an investor's ally, Dhan boasts of an array of trading-friendly features like trading directly from the charts, pledging of shares, after-market orders and more. At Spring, we're working with this super team to carve out their positoning, build their proposition and go-to-market with a marketing strategy to remember.
Mr. Butler
Mr Butler, a legacy brand from Kerala that found its way into a few of our homes by manufacturing India’s first and only soda makers for consumers and SMBs. The brand revolutionised the home soda-making market by offering a simple, eco-friendly way to carbonate water and beverages. Spring has partnered Mr. Butler in their ambition to scale beyond soda makers and explore new growth levers for the modern day consumer. We have partnered with the team to help them identify, conceptualise, develop and grow a new category and take Mr Butler from a locally loved business to the rest of India.

A brand that's bringing care back to health. In a country where healthcare is a luxury to many, the brand's mission is to democratise healthcare by making it understandable, accessible and affordable. As their strategic marketing partner, Spring is helping futher the brand's purpose of bringing care back to health across the business verticals of diagnostics, pharmacy and the omni-channel play.
Urban Company
As Asia's largest home-services provider, Urban Company (formerly Urban Clap) has made its way into most of our homes. From appliance servicing to salon treatments, the brand is now synonymous with reliable expert at-home services. Do you know the full potential of plant-based nutrition? Well, Plix does. They are building a holistic nutrition brand powered by relentlessly clean ingredients and backed by cutting-edge nutritional science. 'India has a protein problem' - A leading protein nutrition brand from India, MuscleBlaze was focused on making a protein that is tailor-made for India. Spring partnered MuscleBlaze to launch the brand campaign across key marketing and sales touchpoints.
Levi's
Not our typical partner, but Levi's has a special place in the Spring journey. From launching their Performance Collection across Asia to co-creating their iconic 'When you take a step, we all move' campaign featuring Deepika Padukone, Spring has found a great fit with Levi's. We will be partnering with Levi's over the next couple of years to launch some of their new product collaborations. Watch this space for more!

It's a storytelling match made in heaven. For the biggest FMCG player in the world, brand storytelling is of utmost importance and we at Spring, love every opportunity to tell a good story. Over the years, Spring has partnered with several Unilever brands to craft the brand story from ideation to execution.

… we’ll have Nicotex to thank. Over the past few years, the brand has created multiple products and initiatives designed to help smokers in their journey to quit. They work tirelessly to offer support to those on this admittedly challenging path, and we at Spring are passionate about helping them make a difference.

One of India's finest brands from the house of Tata, Zoya is set to define the course of luxury jewellery to the next level. Zoya is and for every woman. The Live Love Laugh Foundation
There are certain causes that we at Spring feel deeply about -- mental health is high on that list. We were thrilled at the opportunity to partner with Deepika Padukone on The Live Love Laugh Foundation, to create a new brand world for the organisation and its communications. Amidst the environment of growing mental health challenges, Deepika, Anisha, and the TLLLF team wanted to turn the spotlight on the SAD trifecta of mental illnesses -- Stress, Anxiety, and Depression. The Foundation's vision of destigmatising mental illness by encouraging more conversations around the subject was translated into a new logo and visual design for Live Love Laugh, reflecting the warmth and support that the Foundation provides. Amongst the few select pro bono projects we undertake, this remains one that we hold dear.

Spring partnered 82E and Deepika Padukone to launch the brand. From the brand identity to the launch campaign, Spring worked closely with the team to bring alive the ethos of the brand.
Bounce Infinity
Bounce is launching a first-of-its-kind, smart mobility in the country, their first electric scooter called Bounce Infinity. This is redefining how we commute especially with its advanced equiment and intelligent features. Given its battery swapping mechanism, in 10 seconds, you can go from 0% to 100% battery. Spring is partnering with them and owning the end-to-end launch campaign, building brand world, communication, visual language and brand personality.

As a team that loves its coffee, this brand piqued our curiosity right away. A caffeine-based personal care brand — who would have thought! Until we met and heard the passion, commitment, and the innovation story from Tarun and his partners. mCaffeine partnered with Spring in 2021, and we’re all charged up to build a narrative about the fresh new superfood in personal care — caffeine.

Spring partnered with this legacy brand to bring this story alive and build the world of Nebula.

High-quality produce requires nurturing right from the roots -- a skill that the team at Deep Rooted has crafted and honed. Founders Avinash, Guru, Arvind and Santosh built a farm-to-consumer brand of fruits & vegetables raised with soil, sunshine & science. Combining the age-old know-how of regional farmers with the latest in agricultural science, the brand delivers on its promise of high-quality zero-contamination produce that reaches the consumer with care. We at Spring helped craft the brand identity and communication strategy for Deep Rooted.
The Pizza People
Literally, the go-to meal for a good day, a bad day, a match day, a birthday or a party-day. Pizza people are obsessed with getting their pizzas right, from the consistent base to the tangy tomato sauce to the adequate amount of melting cheese and ofcourse, the right toppings. The Pizza People live to eat their pizza. Spring led the end-to-end launch of the brand, be it designing the brand and its outlets, planning out the go-to-market-strategy and finally, laucnhing the brand to the world. We really get the pizza people!
Behrouz
Rebel foods has been a category leader in the food-tech space for many years. While we have known and admired Rebel Foods for many years, we finally partnered them in 2021 to help scale brand Behrouz. Behrouz biryani is the flagship brand in the Behrouz family and has been loved by consumers for many years. With India going through a culnirary revolution and with the emergence of multiple new-age and legacy local brands, Behrouz is looking to redefine the consumer experience and connect with biryani lovers across pallets and regions.
